Two different articles, both are talking about "thinking". One of them ask us to think differently and the second tell us how to think positively.

first question arisen to my head. Why to think differently? and what does "differently" mean? the answers are very direct one : why?to produce new ideas(innovations) so to serve world in such new way. Differently means "new way". So you think in new way to make new ideas .. ok ok don't be angry I know .. it's a knowing fact :D

Sixty to eighty percent of adults find the task of thinking different uncomfortable and some even find it exhausting.why? the article said that innovators connect the unconnected through associational thinking. Well, associational thinking is about make different idea by connect occasional ideas together. For example how about make students check and update their school schedule by mobile app. This way of thinking is some times exhausting. It takes time and energy.. and after 10 minutes you will shout "I want to EAT" :D
But knowing the benefits of thinking different as it allows you to innovate and produce an amazing ideas, I think it will make all difficulties around this way of think simple and can be forgetting.
Great! few steps that can build you associating skills:
1) Just do it. associate unrelated topics, force your mind to do that!
Do it by frequently forcing associations or connections across different ideas when they don't naturally emerge
2)Shake it up.
try forcing things to surface unnaturally — by shaking things up randomly3)Repeat. Repeat. Repeat
if adults practice associational thinking long enough, the task no longer exhausts but energizes them.
Moving to the second article. And first i want to tell you a small story:
once a day, I waked up around 12 PM, moved to the bathroom, saw my face in the mirror, was thinking about "what I am going to do?".. deep sound :"don't do anything! look at your face you are angry and sad".. Yea! It looks a bad day! I can't draw I smile in my face! with these bad thoughts and bad mood. the day was unproductive and make one very depressed. And after depression, bad day makes the following day worse and the next one worst!
