Self-confidence is just a dream to be achieve. When I stand infront of people trying to explain some topics.. I am in deep need to this self-confidence. "Humm" after "humm"  in my speech is the first sign of my weak confidence.. followed by rubbing my hand and lowering my sound. I am now in terrible dilemma, I can't think.. stress in increase and I am panic! and really need a real help..
Because usually I face such situations that I can't make my mouth produce any sound because I haven't any type of esteem or trust by myself.. I recognized that I need a real and effective treatment.

Well, I chose to read this free ebook quickly show me how to gain confidence and increase my motivation to achieve an goal waiting in to do list..
the first statement that touched me .. because i have a big lack in this point is the following :
The more that we are able to achieve,the more self confident we become. The more self confident we become, the more we able to achieve.
It's a great circle, each one depends on other.. if one of them is not exist the second is not there too. A big problem really?! It amazed me .. not because it's my first time to know it .. no but because I know the truth of this statement and I tried it before.. and my confidence is moving to peak because I am not working in something real.. I am not achieving any thing .. and for that my confidence decreases .. and I am watching .. and once I am in peak .. I want to go upstairs again .. but without achieving anything.. how can I do that?
I concluded that I am wasting my time in doing nothing.. and I should stop that negative thinking "the country situation can't me work and think well... the government's drawbacks...etc" This thinking that waits a perfect conditions to start innovate and work.. Yess!! I am free now from my terrible negative side .. Let's complete reading this book then..
If we fail to meet our goals, we may experience a dip in our self confidence levels which in turn may impact our motivation to try again.
that's important to notice.. achieving goal successfully leads to self-confidence and a big energy of enthusiasm to work for another goal. If we can't achieve our goal , and we already haven't a self confidence even self motivation.. then say byebye to your life.. we must believe in our abilities to achieve a goal by set this goal correctly. Then I think all the idea cycling around "GOAL".So, Do you have a goal?
It's not an easy question to answer! you may need to explore your life events what do you want and what do you not want.. what do you love and what do you heat .. If you have a goal then keep it in front of your eyes ... and fight to achieve it...
OK, Let's complete reading .. the book contains couple of pages tell you how to set your goal.. Now let's complete in self confidence point.
there are three different points we should understand them and the difference between them:
1) Self-confidence
    need two things:

  • competence ( have skills to do something "a good voice") , 
  • self-assurance( have a belief in our ability to do something)

2) Self-esteem
experience maximal self-love and joy whether or not you are successful at any point in your life.
3) Self-efficacy
is related to our judgments about our own capabilities and what we believe we are  or aren't  able to do with those capabilities.
To improve your self-confidence, I summarized what I read in this simple design.. I did it as the below to remind me quickly with these steps each time I fall down :)
